1. Can I request for refund for the products I have purchased?

Yes but subject to your case. Please note that refund will be accepted based on the following criteria:

  • Did not receive the order
  • Received an incomplete product (missing quantity or damaged)
  • Received the wrong product(s) (e.g. wrong serving size, wrong items, different product).
  • Received a product with expired date.

To request for a refund, contact our support with all the relevant information and proof of purchase.

 

2. Does Cookeasy offer international shipping?

NO. At the moment, we only deliver to within Klang Valley.

 

3. How can I track my order?

You will receive email from support@cookeasy.my with the delivery tracking details.

 

4. How long will the delivery take after I have ordered?

Around 1 - 2 days, depending on your actual order. Product that require items from wet market will be delivered the next day.

 

5. How much is the shipping cost?

Standard is RM 3.00. It also depends on the selection of the delivery service. Some product comes with free-delivery promotions.

6. How to change my account password?

There are currently 2 ways you change your accounts password. Both are done before log-in and not after:

  1. You can use the forgot your password option on this page.
  2. You can email support@cookeasy.my requesting for password reset .
